Purchased an International Business Pack (IBP) from your Sponsor?: No
2. Fill up your personal information as shown below:
Last Name & First Name: Your last name & first name as stated on your IC
NRIC: Your new IC number
Date of Birth: Select your birth date: Month | Day | Year
Spouse’s Last Name & First Name: Your spouse’s last name & first name (if any)
Spouse’s NRIC: Your spouse’s new IC number (if any)
Have you or your spouse owned or assisted in an Herbalife Distributorship? No (if this your first time)
3. Fill up your mailing address and contact as shown below:
Mailing address: Your mailing address
Primary Phone: Your primary contact no.
Legal/Fiscal Address: Tick “Same as Mailing Address”
4. Fill up your email address and upload your IC copy
Primary Email Address: Enter your email address
4-8 character Personal Identification (PIN) Code: Enter an unique PIN code (For login purpose)
Upload NRIC Front & Back: Upload a scanned image of your IC front and back (File must be a jpg, bmp or pdf file type less than 1MB). If you are unable to scan, you can also take a photo (not recommended). If you do not have scanner or camera, skip this step. You can also do this in future.
5. Confirm your personal details.
6. Read through the Agreement. Agree to the terms and click "Next".
7. Purchase your IBP (International Business Pack)
This step is for you to purchase an IBP (International Business Pack) - RM94.
Choose your language of IBP: English, Bahasa or Chinese
For IBP delivery, choose your mailing address: Same as mailing address, same as legal/fiscal address or enter new shipping address
Shipping Method: Choose Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia or East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)
8. Make your payment using your credit card.
International Business Pack (IBP) – RM94
Shipping Charges: RM15 (Peninsular Malaysia) | RM30 (Sabah & Sarawak)
Fill in your credit card information and click “Submit”. You should receive your IBP in 1-3 working days once your payment has done.
